Diarmuid and Lorraine Flood were found dead along with their children, six-year-old Mark and five-year-old Julie, in the village of Clonroche.

The couple had both died of gunshot wounds, while toxicology tests are being carried out in an effort to determine the cause of the children's deaths.

The four bodies will all be removed to the small local church, St Clements, at 7pm this evening ahead of their funeral tomorrow at the adjoining cemetery.
