Keith Duffy has lashed out at Facebook fake

Former Boyzone singer Keith Duffy took to Twitter yesterday to blast a Facebook user who wrote online about his teenage children, while pretending to be him.

"Whoever is pretending to be me, hope I don't find out who you are," he warned before asking his followers to report the page.

The Facebook impostor continuously posted content discussing Duffy’s 15-year-old Mia, who has autism.

"[She has] come so far since her diagnosis," one post read.

While another discussed how being out of a routine during the Easter holidays was difficult for the teenager.

The fake even went on to ask people for advice on calming children down when they have a tantrum.

The singer-turned-actor was a patron of Irish Autism Action (IAA) for 10 years and within that time raised over €8m for the cause.
