New research released this afternoon has shown that the Personal Injuries Assessment Board delivers the same level of compensation to victims of accidents, but is faster and cheaper.

New research released this afternoon has shown that the Personal Injuries Assessment Board delivers the same level of compensation to victims of accidents, but is faster and cheaper.

According to the National Consumer Agency, the PIAB gets compensation payments to victims three times faster and is four times cheaper than engaging in the traditional legal routes.

The Assessment Board was set up nearly three years ago to settle compensation claims where the legal issues are not disputed by either party.
