Nigel Harman refuses to watch the 'EastEnders' episodes he starred in.
The 35-year-actor - who played bookmaker Dennis Rickman in the BBC soap from 2003 to 2005 - loved working on the programme, but still "isn't ready" to see any finished episodes.
The star, who now has a lead role on drama series 'Hotel Babylon', said: "I'm really proud of my time in 'EastEnders'. It's part of my life and it presented me with so many great opportunities.
"I wouldn't be here now if it wasn't for 'EastEnders'. But I don't think I'm ready to sit down and watch it back just yet. I will do it at some point though."
But even though he quit the soap nearly five years ago, Nigel still gets recognised by fans when he's out.
He added: "Most people recognise me from 'EastEnders' but they tend to call me Nigel now instead of Dennis, which is a breakthrough!"
