Aer Lingus cabin crew are calling for government intervention to prevent the state airline from folding.

Aer Lingus cabin crew are calling for government intervention to prevent the state airline from folding.

A spokesperson from the trade union, Impact says the Government owes it to the employees to intervene as it has a responsibility to the Aer Lingus staff.

The cabinet has already agreed to sell part of the troubled carrier to private investors.
