A number of memes and cartoons on the subject appeared on Twitter.

One group of fans went further - recording a parody video of their own to remind Chelsea that the Champions League train is now going on without them.

The vast majority of Chelsea fans were horrified by the racist behaviour of a small section of their group last month, but it looks like they will be reminded of the episode on a regular basis for some time to come.
