Three men are being treated in hospital following an incident in Co Louth this morning.

Three men are being treated in hospital following an incident in Co Louth this morning.

Gardaí were called to a house in the Rathmullen Park area of Drogheda at around 4am and found four men, aged between 18 and 34, with stab wounds and facial injuries.

All four were taken to Our Lady of Lourdes hospital, where their injuries are not life threatening.

One has since been released.

Gardaí recovered two knives from the scene and have launched an investigation.
