Ireland's world indoor champion Derval O'Rourke will be looking to secure another medal at the European Athletics Championships in Gothenburg tonight.

Ireland's world indoor champion Derval O'Rourke will be looking to secure another medal at the European Athletics Championships in Gothenburg tonight.

The Cork athlete is in action in the semi-finals of the women's 100m hurdles at 5.20pm, with the final of the event due to take place just 90 minutes later.

Elsewhere, Aoife Byrne takes part in the semi-finals of the women's 1,500m event just before 10am, while Deirdre Ryan is also in action in the final of the women's high jump just before 6pm.
