Two goals in as many minutes earned St Pat’s a third win on the spin over Blues.

Keith Fahey struck for the opener to finally bring a dull game to life on 61 minutes.

Keith Dunne knocked down Brendan Clarke’s kick out and Fahey drilled a shot from all of 35 yards past a stunned Packie Holden.

Stephen Quigley then burst forward from right-back to play Aidan O’keeffe in for the Saints' second to all but end Blues’ lingering hopes of qualifying for Europe.
