Martin warns against pub deregulation
The Minister for Health has come out against the deregulation of off-licences and pubs.
Micheal Martin was speaking as he announced a three-year alcohol awareness campaign. Ireland has topped the European league of young drinkers.
Minister Martin said he would be warning the committee advising the Minister for Justice on the liquor laws against deregulating the industry.
