Cash stolen in raid on Dublin Credit Union

Two raiders have escaped with a small sum of cash after holding up a Credit Union on the grounds of Dublin Airport this morning.

Two raiders have escaped with a small sum of cash after holding up a Credit Union on the grounds of Dublin Airport this morning.

The two men, armed with an imitation handgun and a hammer, arrived at St Joseph's Aviation Credit Union on Corballis Way in a taxi at around 10.30am.

The pair held up staff before escaping in a car that was later found abandoned nearby.

Nobody was injured.
