Margaret Brohan, from Ennis in Co Clare, died when the vehicle she was travelling in collided with Joseph Livoti’s pick-up truck in Pittsburg on November 12.

She had been touring the US with the Rhythm of the Dance company.

Mr Livoti, who was over the legal alcohol limit at the time of the crash, was charged last month with involuntary manslaughter, homicide by vehicle and homicide while driving drunk.
