Groom surprises bride with early wedding

A bride was surprised by her fiancée after being told they would be getting married early, moments before the ceremony.

Brandon Cassata was given help from his fiancee's family in order to create the perfect wedding to his wife, Mary Cathrin McCarthy, who was simply told she would be posing for photos, dressed in her full wedding attire.

But it was not until she was en route to the photoshoot that a video from her future husband revealed she was in fact en route to her own nuptials.

She arrived to a room full of friends and family who had been watching the events via video link.

She told TODAY: “I was so overwhelmed with love, I looked in his eyes and everything just melted in my body, and I was just so thrilled. My family is everything."

Her husband added: “We wanted to take the stress off of her and actually help her out with [the ceremony], so in that we did."
