Dun Laoghaire Council staff dispute resolved
A settlement has been reached in an industrial relations dispute at Dun Laoghaire and Rathdown Borough Council.
Almost 400 outdoor Council staff had taken to the picket lines on Monday, disrupting waste collection and roadworks as well as closing parks and libraries.
Marathon talks between SIPTU and council officials have reached agreement over working conditions without LRC intervention.
