North West 'beautiful and healthy'

Kendall Jenner has said that her newborn niece North West is “beautiful and healthy”.

The model's sister Kim Kardashian gave birth to her first child with boyfriend Kanye West last week and although the baby was premature, Kendall said that mother and baby are doing great.

She told E! News: "She's really good. She's beautiful, and she's healthy.”

North, who will be called Nori, is said to look just like her 32-year-old mother.

A source said: "She has black straight hair! Lots of it! Looks like a good mix of both of them [Kanye and Kim] but more like Kim. She's adorable!"

Meanwhile, Kim, Kanye and Nori will reportedly stay with her mother Kris Jenner and stepfather Bruce Jenner in their Los Angeles home until renovations are completed on Kim and Kanye's Bel Air mansion.

An insider explained: "All that's going to happen is that the family is going to wait on Kim hand-and-foot and do everything around the house while she and Kanye just chill with the baby. That sounds like a deal. It's like first class service all the way at Kim's mom's house.

"They're very thankful for the way they've been treated, and the hospitality [at the hospital] is amazing. But it's nothing like being at home, in your own space, with your own things."
