Stade Francais kept up the pressure on Heineken Cup pool three rivals Leicester Tigers as they picked up their first try bonus point as they did the double over fellow French Championship side Clermont Auvergne.

Having struggled to score one try in their 16-12 triumph in Clermont the previous weekend, the Parisians turned on the style at a packed Stade Jean Bouin to run in six to move ahead of Leicester with 14 points.

The Englishmen play their return game against the Ospreys in Swansea tomorrow and currently have 11 points from their three games.

Wales outside half Stephen Jones gave the visitors the lead with an early penalty, but Stade Francais were 15-13 ahead by the interval thanks to tries from scrum-half Jerome Fillol and prop Rodrigo Roncero.

French international wing Aurelien Rougerie crossed for the visitors.

After the break home hooker Benjamin Keyser extended the lead, although a smart score from Springbok wing Breyton Paulse cut the gap to six points after 50 minutes.

But Stade Francais were able to turn up the heat in the final quarter and a brace of tries from right wing Lucas Borges and another from flanker Pierre Rabadan guaranteed the bonus point.
