Former EU Commissioner Padraig Flynn is due back in the witness box at the Mahon Tribunal this morning.

Yesterday, Mr Flynn denied accusations that he personally pocketed a £50,000 donation from developer Tom Gilmartin that was meant for Fianna Fáil.

He claims the money was a "personal political donation", but Mr Gilmartin says it was for Fianna Fáil.

Mr Flynn also told the tribunal yesterday that he thinks of himself as a honest and honourable man.
