The anti-Good Friday Agreement party, the DUP have taken another seat from the pro-Agreement UUP in the Strangford constituency.

Iris Robinson, wife of Peter Robinson took the seat by just over a thousand votes when the previous holder of the seat, the UUP’s John Taylor, did not run in the election.

Although not all the seats have been decided yet, the DUP appear to have enjoyed an excellent election so far, using their anti-Agreement stance.
