Seven rescued from boat in Lough Derg
Seven people have been rescued after their boat hit rocks on Lough Derg in Co Clare.
They had been cruising between Tinarana and Killaloe at around 11am this morning when they got into difficulty.
The Killaloe Coast Guard unit went to the scene and towed the boat to safety.
No one on board was injured.
