New Limerick hurling manager Dave Keane has lifted the ban on dual players.

New Limerick hurling manager Dave Keane has lifted the ban on dual players.

Keane has given the green light to inter-county players joining both codes this season, despite his predecessor Eamonn Cregan's insistence that players concentrate on either football or hurling.

Keane was appointed as successor to Cregan last September.
