C&C Group has revelaed that it has purchased 600,000 of its own ordinary shares of €0.01 each in the issued share capital of the company at €8.2175 per share.

C&C Group has revelaed that it has purchased 600,000 of its own ordinary shares of €0.01 each in the issued share capital of the company at €8.2175 per share.

All of these ordinary shares repurchased will be cancelled.

Following this repurchase the number of ordinary shares in issue is 318,375,615.
