Belfast High Court has delayed a legal challenge to the re-imprisonment of Johnny Adair until next Friday at the request of Adair's lawyers.

Adair was due to challenge the revocation of his early release licence today, but his lawyers applied for an adjournment due to an unresolved preliminary matter.

Adair was arrested and sent back to jail on Friday night after Northern Secretary Paul Murphy decided to revoke his licence for early release under the Good Friday Agreement.
