Rory McIlroy is to receive details of fellow golfer Graeme McDowell's shareholding in Horizon Sports Management as part of a lawsuit against his former agents.
The British Open Champion claims Horizon gave McDowell a significantly better deal despite assurances the terms of their contracts would be the same.
Just days after McIlroy's British Open victory the golfer's row with agents Horizon Sports Management was back before court.
His lawyers have secured an order that Horizon Sports must hand over details of fellow golfer Graeme McDowell's shareholding in their company.
The agents also have to disclose any amendments to the terms and conditions of Graeme McDowell's representation contract in return for the sale of those shares.
Rory McIlroy claims he was unaware Graeme McDowell had an interest in Horizon when he signed up with them in late 2011.
He also alleges his contract was on significantly inferior terms to McDowell's, despite representations that both golfers would get the same deal.
