60-stone UK man is world's fattest
A 60-stone British man has not left his bed for 10 years.
Keith Martin, 42, is so large he has to have an army of 18 carers to look after him and he recently became the world's fattest man after the previous title holder went on a diet.
Mexican Manuel Uribe, 44, used to be 90st but he has now shed nearly 60st to weigh in at 31st 6lb.
Doctors have informed Keith - who eats eight hot dogs for breakfast and two roasts plus sausage and chips for lunch - to slim down before they consider weight-loss surgery.
