Regional radio station Beat 102-103 has been named a winner in the SFA National Small Business Awards ‘Workplace Wellbeing’ category.
The South-East station was praised by judges for several initiatives including appointing champions for equality, diversity and inclusion, along with efforts in sustainability at its Broadcast Centre.
Other winners included Moffett Automated Storage Ltd from Co Monaghan, which picked up the overall award for 2023, recognising the warehouse systems provider as “ strong profitable company that strives to be the best in its industry with a focus on continuous improvements”.
