Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford are to divorce, a spokesperson for the couple has announced.
The pair, who previously presented This Morning together and have been together for more than a decade, confirmed the news through a representative.
A statement read: “Ruth Langsford and Eamonn Holmes have confirmed their marriage is over and they are in the process of divorcing.”
GB News presenter and Northern Ireland broadcaster Holmes and Loose Women star Langsford, who married in 2010, have one son, Jack, who was born in 2002.
Their wedding was attended by TV presenters Gloria Hunniford and Jeremy Kyle, EastEnders actress Zoe Lucker and former champion boxer Barry McGuigan, and came 13 years after they began dating.
Holmes also has three children, Declan, Rebecca and Niall, from his first marriage.
He also presented Channel 5 programmes with Langsford including How The Other Half Lives, Do The Right Thing With Eamonn And Ruth and Eamonn And Ruth’s 7 Year Itch.
Their split was first reported by the Sun on Sunday.
Langsford and Holmes, both 64, first began presenting ITV daytime programme This Morning together in 2006, before leaving the programme in 2021 and being replaced by Dermot O’Leary and Alison Hammond.
In the 2018 New Year Honours, he became an OBE for services to broadcasting and was congratulated by Langsford, who called him her “darling”.
Holmes, who has also fronted coverage on GMTV and Sky News’ Sunrise, launched Breakfast With Eamonn And Isabel on GB News in January 2022.
Former Sky News presenter Isabel Webster had previously presented Sunrise with him.
Langsford has also been a contestant on Strictly Come Dancing, where she was partnered with Anton Du Beke before he became a judge on the BBC show.
She also regularly presents Loose Women, having begun on the show in the 1990s.
