Sinn Féin leader Mary Lou McDonald is telling voters they have "the choice for change" when they head to the polls on Friday to have their say in the general election.
The party has faced many controversies in the past couple of months, but recent criticisms of Fine Gael and its party leader and Taoiseach Simon Harris has given Sinn Féin a boost in support.
The latest Irish Times/Ipsos B&A survey indicates Simon Harris’s party now trails both Fianna Fáil and Sinn Féin, with Fianna Fáil leading the way on 21 per cent, Sinn Féin on 20 per cent, and Fine Gael on 19 per cent – down six points since the November 14th poll.
