Care Choice said that in the interest of residents and their families they would not share the exact number of positive cases on-site.
In a statement, the home said they were liaising with the HSE and continue to follow all public health protocols.
Management said they continue to care for residents and staff to the best of their ability. They gave assurance that they are fully staffed and have adequate personal protective equipment in place.
The home thanked all their staff for their "unstinting care and commitment to residents”.
They also praised family members for their support and understanding, particularly in relation to visiting restrictions during the Covid-19 crisis.

Separately, management at Penneys in Wilton shopping centre in Cork have indicated that one staff member has tested positive for Covid-19. The store has been deep cleaned.
Management said the safety and wellbeing of their customers is paramount.
"We have detailed contingency plans in place in case one of our employees tests positive."
Douglas Community School in Cork city has also confirmed two cases of Covid 19.
A HSE letter to parents indicated that the source of the transmission had identified outside of the school. The two cases are also linked.
A public health risk assessment has been undertaken. The parents of any children thought to be close contacts of the confirmed cases have been informed.
