Gardaí are investigating after a major seizure of contraband cigarettes in Dublin yesterday morning.
Officers carried out a number of searches in the Tallaght area and seized an estimated €1. 36 million in cigarettes and tobacco.

The items were handed over to Revenue's Custom Services and represented a potential loss of €1 million to the exchequer.
No arrests have been made and investigations are ongoing.
