457 patients are waiting in the emergency department, while 237 are in wards elsewhere in hospitals.

At University Hospital Limerick, 131 people are waiting for a bed, with 53 people in the emergency department.
In Cork University Hospital, there are 60 people on trolleys, with 54 patients in the emergency department.
At Sligo University Hospital, there are 54 people without a bed, with 30 people in the emergency department.
