Actors Kerry Condon and Saoirse Ronan represented Ireland at Paris Fashion Week, sitting front row at the Louis Vuitton show.
Condon – who starred in Martin McDonagh-directed film The Banshees Of Inisherin – tapped into the trend for gothic glamour in an all-black outfit.
She wore a black mini dress with a deep-V neckline, knee-high leather boots and a jacket over the top.
This isn’t the first time Condon, 40, has attended a Louis Vuitton show – she went to her first fashion show in March this year and saw the French fashion house’s autumn/winter 2023 collection.
Speaking to WWD after that show, she said she “loved almost everything” – particularly the coats. When asked about her personal style, she added: “I also love my Aran sweaters and claddagh ring; my things from Ireland, from home.”
Little Women and Brooklyn star Saoirse Ronan was also front row, wearing a more experimental design from the brand.
She wore an Art Deco-inspired glittering floral gown, with a white ribbon wrapping round the waist and collar.

Ronan, 29, has become known for her chic choppy bob, and celebrity hairstylist Adir Abergel gave her a fresh trim for the show.
The fashion-forward bob fell just above her chin, with her blonde hair in beachy waves.
Ronan’s beauty look was done by German make-up artist Nina Park, who has painted the faces of celebrities like Tilda Swinton, Zoe Kravitz and musician Olivia Rodrigo.
Her make-up was kept simple and pared back: glowing skin with her freckles showing through, a light blush and peach-toned lips.
Louis Vuitton’s creative director, Nicolas Ghesquière, presented a retro-meets-Noughties-inspired spring/summer 2024 collection on the runway.
Models walked the runway in a room swathed in orange, intended to feel like the draped sails of a hot air balloon.

The brand described the collection as fusing “quintessential Parisian fashion with vintage style codes in an audacious ode to French elegance”.
Silky bomber jackets were paired with wide, low-slung leather belts and flowing skirts, giving a distinctly Y2K impression.
Elsewhere, Ghesquière leaned into a relaxed aesthetic with silky loose pyjama-style trousers and shirts, while structured shoulders on jackets gave an Eighties vibe.
Louis Vuitton started life making trunks, and bags remain a major feature of every collection. Models carried everything from slouchy holdalls to miniature hand-held bags in bright orange, while some had old-school camera cases slung around their necks.
Condon and Ronan weren’t the only celebrities in attendance.
Brand ambassador and Euphoria actor Zendaya, 27, stunned in a daring white floor-length gown, with a gold zip detailing down to her navel.
She wore a similar dress in her first advertising campaign for the brand. Shot in the south of France, she was pictured clutching a matching white Louis Vuitton bag with gold hardware.
Tar actor Cate Blanchett, 54, has been making the rounds this fashion week, also attending the Alexander McQueen and Stella McCartney shows. She wore a chic Louis Vuitton black jumpsuit with a geometric print around the neckline and a statement belt.
Musician and fashion designer Pharrell Williams, 50 – who is the creative director Louis Vuitton’s menswear arm – wore a double denim outfit of a tailored suit-style jacket and jeans.
One of actor Regina King’s best red carpet moments was in a Louis Vuitton gown, when she wore a structural blue and silver dress with statement shoulders to the 2021 Oscars.
For Paris Fashion Week, King, 52, donned balloon-style red trousers with a white top underneath and edgy leather bib.
Actor Ana de Armas, 35 – who debuted a campaign for Louis Vuitton’s high jewellery line in June – watched the show in a gold brocade matching set with a bralette underneath.
