A total of 23 people have been arrested in North Dublin as part of Operation Thor.
The investigation targets organised crime gangs and repeat offenders particularly in the areas of burglary and break-ins.

The 20 men and three women have been charged with burglary, theft, unauthorised taking of a vehicle and possession of stolen property.
17 of those arrested are due to appear before the Criminal Courts of Justice and Swords District Court on Tuesday morning at 10:30am.
The remainder are due to appear before Dublin District Courts on Wednesday and Thursday.
