Three pedestrians were struck by a car after the impact of a collision forced it up onto a footpath in Co Wicklow.
The incident involving a works vehicle and a car happened on Main Street in Bray shortly before 2pm on Thursday.
The impact of the collision between the two vehicles resulted in the car mounting the footpath, where it hit three female pedestrians.
Two of the pedestrians, both women aged in their 60s, and the driver of the car, a woman in her 80s, were taken from the scene to St Vincent's Hospital in Dublin.
Gardaí said their injuries are understood to be non-life threatening.
The third pedestrian, a woman in her 50s, was treated at the scene, and the driver of the second vehicle involved in the collision did not require treatment.
A forensic examination is underway at the scene, and local diversions have been put in place.
