The 9 and 10 pairing is Jamison Gibson-Park and Ross Byrne as usual, while Garry Ringrose is still not fit enough to start with Robbie Henshaw and Jamie Osborne the centre pairing.
The pack includes Joe McCarthy, Jason Jenkins, Ryan Baird and Will Connors with James Ryan, Jack Conan and Josh van der Flier on the bench.

Toulouse has also named a strong side with star scrum-half Antoine Dupont captaining the French team. Romain Ntamick starts at fly-half for the five-time Champions Cup winners.
The pack is also impressive with the likes of Thibaud Flament, Emmanuel Latu-Meafou and Jack Willis starting.
