Conor McGregor wasted no time acquainting himself with Portuguese sharp-shooter Cristiano Ronaldo after the pair were placed sitting side-by-side for the 'Day of Reckoning' in Saudi Arabia.
The two-fight card saw Anthony Joshua triumph over Otto Wallin in the fifth round, while Joseph Parker got a surprise win over Deontay Wilder.
Clips from the event shared online show McGregor approaching his seat, next to the former Manchester United star, who now plays for Saudi side Al Nassr.

In what many social media users are labelling an uncomfortable encounter, the MMA fighter initially receives no acknowledgement from Ronaldo upon taking his seat.
The video shows the Portugal captain chatting to another man beside him, but McGregor wastes no time in jumping in, apparently eager to share his wisdom ahead of the fight.
Ronaldo, decked out in a green monogram-print Gucci jacket, manages to crack a smile during McGregor's lecture, chuckling when the Dubliner proclaims, "Is he a man or a mouse?"
Not to be outdone in the style stakes, McGregor, who had gone to shake Ronaldo's hand, instead reaches for his neighbour's wrist to compare designer watches, standing to ask: "Who's winning this one?"
