What's at stake?

It's very hard for supporters to be enthusiastic about the Nations League, especially after Ireland's penalty shootout exit from Euro 2020 qualifying last week..

However, the Nations League standings will have a direct impact on Ireland's seeding for qualification for the 2022 World Cup so it's very important for the Boys in Green.

Ireland currently sit second last in League B, Group 4 so they will need three wins from three to have a realistic chance of challenging Wales for top spot.

Finland won 1-0 in a dour clash at the Aviva Stadium in September.
