Meanwhile, Breaffy beat out Westport in the Mayo Senior Football Championship semi-final.
The match in Elverys MacHale Park saw Breaffy move forward to the final with the final score of Breaffy 0-15 and Westport 0-13.

Dungannon also took on Errigal Ciaran in the Tyrone Senior Championship semi-final in Omagh, with an Errigal Ciaran victory appearing likely after a second goal scored during extra time gave them the lead.
However, Dungannon fought back, scoring four points in the second half's extra time to bring the final score to Errigal Ciaran 1-12 (18) and Dungannon 0-19 (19).
