Catlin finished at 10-under par, ahead of yesterday's leader Aaron Rai.
Rai needed a birdie on the final hole to force a playoff, but could not make it stick, finishing 2 shots adrift on eight-under.
There were no Irish front-runners in this year's tournament, with Northern Ireland's Jonathan Caldwell the best of the bunch finishing just outside the Top 50.
