Flores is a free agent after completing his two-year deal with the Lilywhites.
He joined Dundalk from his hometown club Wigan in January 2019.
Flores is the latest player to leave Dundalk following the departures of Sean Gannon, Sean Hoare, John Mountney, Stefan Colovic and Aaron McCarey.
Gary Rogers also announced his retirement recently.
Flores' stunning goal against Shamrock Rovers this season earned him a nomination for the prestigious Puskas award for international goal of the season.
