Ronan Coughlan scored the winner in the Dublin derby clash, which was St Pat's first victory over Bohemians in 10 games.
The victory sees St Pat's move joint top of the table with Finn Harps.
It finished up 1-1 meanwhile between Drogheda and Finn Harps.
Ollie Horgan's side took the lead in the second-half after a stunning volley from Karl O’Sullivan.
However, Mark Doyle equalised for Drogheda.
Waterford beat Derry City 2-1 at the Ryan McBride Brandywell Stadium.
Shane Griffin's free-kick gave Waterford a surprise lead against Derry.
Cameron McJannett equalised for Derry before the break.
An Oscar Brennan penalty was saved, but he scored the rebound to put Waterford back in front in the 51st minute.
Brennan was then sent off but Waterford managed to hold on to their lead in the final 10 minutes.
