Michael Murphy is set to make a sensational return to the Donegal senior football panel, two years after announcing his intercounty retirement.
Murphy, who won the All-Ireland with Donegal in 2012, was a key part of Jim McGuinness' side in his first stint in charge.

Having also won five Ulster titles and three all-stars, Murphy announced his retirement from Donegal in 2022.
Murphy has continued playing with his club, Glenswilly, who are sponsored by his sportswear company.
With McGuinness back in charge in 2024, Donegal won their first Ulster title in five years, and were defeated in the All-Ireland semi-final by Galway.
