Wout Weghorst blasted the ball into the net after 12 minutes for the only goal of the game.
The win for the Dutch tonight sees them qualify for next year's tournament in Germany.

Galway champions Corofin are into another Connacht Club Football final.
They defeated Ballina Stephenites by 16 points to 12 in their semi final at Pearse Stadium this afternoon.
Corofin are the most successful side in the competition's history and will face either St Brigid's or Mohill in the decider.
The Roscommon and Leitrim champs face off at Dr Hyde Park tomorrow.

Connacht has joined Ulster at the top of the URC table this evening.
A late penalty from JJ Hanrahan gave Pete Wilkins' side a 13-12 victory away to the Sharks.
It was a second win on South African soil for the visitors.
Munster picked up their third victory of the campaign as they beat the Stormers by 10 points to 3 this evening.
That is enough to put them third in the table.

Tiger Woods will return to competitive golf action at the Hero World Challenge at the end of the month.
The 15-time major champion has not played competitively since he retired hurt at the Masters back in April.
Since then he had surgery on his ankle - and has now announced his comeback after 7 months out.
