Ireland have beaten Italy 33-17 in their first warm-up game ahead of the 2023 World Cup.
Some injury concerns dampened the result for Andy Farrell's side, but it was an overall heartening performance from an experimental Irish side.

Three of Ireland’s World Cup pool opponents were also in action on Saturday.
Scotland welcomed France to Murrayfield, where a massive second half from the homeside saw them take a 24-21 win. Romania lost to the United States 17-31 in Bucharest, while South Africa beat Argentina 24-13.
Earlier, New Zealand came from 17-3 down to beat Australia by 23-20 in Dunedin.
Soccer
Japan are into the quarter-finals of the Women's World Cup.
The 2011 winners beat Norway by 3-1 this morning in Wellington.
They will face either Sweden or the USA in the next round.
Earlier, Spain booked their spot in the last eight with a 5-1 thrashing of Switzerland in Auckland.
They await the winner of South Africa versus the Netherlands.

The Danish striker has signed a five-year deal, believed to be in the region of €83 million.

Para-swimming
Róisín Ní Ríain finished fifth in the 400m Freestyle S13 at the Para-Swimming World Championships, clocking a time of 4:42.74 in Manchester.
Meanwhile, Barry McClements placed sixth in the 100m Backstroke S9, with a time of 1:05.90, while Nicole Turner took fifth with her 1:41.45 effort in the 100m Breaststroke SB6 final,
Athletics
Thomas Barr has been forced to withdraw from the upcoming World Athletics Championships after picking up an injury in training this week.
The 31-year-old had been due to compete in the 400m Hurdles at the championships, which get underway in Budapest in two weeks' time.
Boxing
Next week's heavyweight bout between Anthony Joshua and Dillian Whyte in London has been cancelled.
Promoter Eddie Hearn made the announcement on social media, explaining that Whyte had returned an adverse result to a random anti-doping protocol.
Whyte has since responded to the news, vowing to prove his innocence.
