It is the Kingdom's 84th provincial title and third in a row.
Earlier Galway clinched the Connacht crown after a 2-20 to 0-12 points win over Sligo in the final at McHale Park.
The win sealed back to back provincial titles for Padraic Joyce's men.
In the curtain raiser Mayo beat Galway 3-13 to 2-09 to clinch the Connacht Ladies Football final.
