UK pubs issue ration cards for customers looking for Guinness due to ongoing shortage

A shortage of Guinness in the UK has led to pubs issuing customers with ration cards.

Bars are giving people cards, where two other drinks have to be bought, and the card has to be stamped before they can have a pint of Guinness.

Some pubs with rationing still ran out of the stout last week.
