Captain Ledley King has returned in defence and there are also recalls for Jake Livermore, Louis Saha and Jermain Defoe, while Gareth Bale has been passed fit after suffering a knock against Sunderland on Saturday.

Bradley Johnson and Anthony Pilkington return from injury for the Canaries and Aaron Wilbraham made his first Premier League start alongside Grant Holt up front.
