Breakaway Solutions, the internet design firm, is to close it's Dublin office, according to reports.

The company which aquired Dublin start-up Zartis.com in a cash and share swap deal worth $18m last year has given staff notice that their jobs are at risk.

The expected closure will mean the loss of 24 jobs in the company's Dublin operation.

Breakaway cut 17 jobs at the Dublin office in February, as part of a global restructuring plan.
