Tony Grant salvaged a valuable three points with a late winner to keep Rovers' title hopes on the boil.

Grant struck on 86 minutes after Monaghan had battled back from 2-0 down.

Sean Francis fired Rovers in front on 49 minutes with Grant adding his first on 66 minutes.

But an own goal by Shane Robinson just a minute later gave Monaghan hope and they levelled from a stunning Robbie Brunton free kick on 76 minutes.

However, Grant had the final say when firing home from close range from Stephen Grant's cross with four minutes remaining.
