Bolton manager Gary Megson has just one injury concern ahead of tomorrow’s Barclays Premier League opener with Stoke at the Reebok Stadium.

Icelandic striker Heidar Helguson is set to miss the clash with the newly-promoted Potters due to a hernia problem, although he should be back in contention for the trip to Newcastle on August 23.

New signings Johan Elmander, Danny Shittu and Fabrice Muamba are all likely to feature, while Megson must choose between the experience of Jussi Jaaskelainen and the promise of Ali Al Habsi in goal.

Provisional squad: Jaaskelainen, Al Habsi, Nolan, Davies, Taylor, Muamba, Gardner, A O’Brien, Shittu, McCann, Steinsson, Hunt, Samuel, Cahill, J O’Brien, Elmander, Riga, Dzemaili, Cohen, Vaz Te.
