British police seek help in tracing dead Irish man's family

Police in the UK appealed to the public today to help them trace the next of kin of an Irish man who died in Manchester.

Police in the UK appealed to the public today to help them trace the next of kin of an Irish man who died in Manchester.

David Jones, 32, also known as Nathanial David Jones, was found dead at his home address on Allingham Street in Longsight in the city on Saturday, November 18.

Mr Jones, believed to be originally from Cork or Dundalk, had also previously lived in Tameside and Urmston in the UK.

Greater Manchester Police said there were no suspicious circumstances surrounding his death.

A police spokesman said: “Friends have said that David did mention having a wife, possibly called Julie, and a son Josh. It is believed they may live in Dublin.”
